It allowed bread to rise rapidly but sacrificed the nutritional advantages and delicious flavor of naturally fermented bread.
Naturally fermented bread is commonly referred to as ‘sourdough’, however, most commercially available breads labeled as sourdough just use baker’s yeast and have added flavoring to mimic the taste and texture of true, 100% naturally fermented sourdough bread.
Over the past decade we have perfected our 3 day fermentation process which never uses baker’s yeast and results in bread that is not just delicious, but also better for you.
